Employee referral program
The Staffing Department will pay an Employee Referral Award of $1,500.00 (after taxes) to an employee who refers an applicant who is hired for any position residing at the Palo Alto site.
Commuter Checks Program
Employees who commute are eligible for monthly $40 vouchers to cover the cost of commuting by bus or train and may apply for a reduction of taxable income of up to $75 per month to purchase the vouchers.
